As a part-time firefighter at Falck, you have a work-related health scheme where you can receive physiotherapy, chiropractic treatment, psychological support, and acute crisis psychological support. You can use your health scheme if you have been involved in an incident through your work at Falck.

When you need to use your health scheme, you must request treatment by calling the Fire Watch Centre. They will then initiate your course of treatment in cooperation with Falck Healthcare.

It is important that you do not share health information with the Fire Watch Centre. You should only share your health information when you speak with Falck Healthcare.

When you need to use your health scheme, the following happens:

  • You must call the Fire Watch Centre at 70 23 05 55. You will be met by an automatic answering machine that will inform you who you have called and that you should NOT exchange health information with the Fire Watch Centre.
  • Remember NOT to provide health information to the Fire Watch Centre. You should only provide the contract area you are affiliated with and your social security number, which will be used by Falck Healthcare to initiate your treatment course.
  • The Fire Watch Centre will request Falck Healthcare to initiate the treatment course.
  • You will receive a call from Falck Healthcare where you can discuss your need for treatment. Here you can share your health information with Falck Healthcare.
  • Your treatment course will be assessed and initiated by Falck Healthcare.
  • After the conversation, the Fire Watch Centre will only save information about your contract area and call number in MSFORMS for time registration.
  • Other information will be shredded at the Fire Watch Centre, this is for GDPR reasons.
