Control
centre officer
It takes 18 months to train as a control centre officer, comprising
seven weeks of courses at the Falck training centre in Vejle and 71 weeks of practical work at one of
Falck’s seven control centres.
What
does Falck expect?
Falck expects candidates for trainee jobs at a control
centre to have community focus and have a positive view of human nature. Candidates should inspire confidence
and be responsible, resilient, service minded and able to teamwork. Successful candidates must also
have good overview and must be able to perceive and act very quickly on various situations and must
have a high stress tolerance level.
