Allan Søgaard Larsen (born 1956)

Allan Søgaard Larsen joined Falck in 1990 and was appointed regional director for the Rescue & Safety business in 1997. He was appointed director of Rescue & Safety services in Denmark in 2000, and in 2003 his area of responsibility was extended to include all the Rescue & Safety business in Europe of the then Group 4 Falck.

When Falck’s shares were admitted for listing on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange in July 2004, Allan Søgaard Larsen was appointed President and CEO of the company.

Group Chief Financial Officer

Morten R. Pedersen (born 1968)

Morten R. Pedersen was employed with Falck’s Group Finance Department from 1992 to 1997. During the period from 1997 to 2000, he worked for the Sabroe and York Group, but in 2000, he was appointed finance director of Falck’s Rescue & Safety business in Denmark. In 2003, Morten R. Pedersen was appointed Chief Financial Officer of the entire Rescue & Safety business of the then Group 4 Falck.

When Falck’s shares were admitted for listing on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange in July 2004, Morten R. Pedersen was appointed Group Chief Financial Officer.
