Falck’s services in Security are aimed at the period before and after an accident. Customers are private people, companies and public institutions. The main products are: patient transportation, first aid courses, emergency assistance to homes and companies, psychological emergency assistance, security consulting and inspection, assistance to domestic animals and pets, supplies of fire fighting equipment and first aid kits.

In recent years, Falck has moved further into the prevention area focusing on training and consulting. Services are extensively based on the broad competences Falck has acquired through ambulance services and fire fighting. As an example, security control and consulting for private people, companies and public institutions build on the competences, Falck has acquired through its handling of emergency contracts with the public authorities.

Security services, however, still have their main emphasis on relieving problems which the customers are unable to handle. Falck is the guarantor that competent and fast assistance is provided whether it is emergency psychology, restoration of storm or water damages to the home or company, transportation between the home and treatment at hospital or clinic, or bringing out emergency prescription medicine.
