Environmental management

Environmental considerations play an active role in Falck’s planning and operations. At Falck we wish to minimise our impact on the environment. We seek to achieve this through an ongoing focus on our environmental performance and on reducing our environmental impact, which is to be reflected in all company activities. Like all other companies, Falck has a responsibility for contributing to a sustainable future for the present and for the generations to come.

Falck wants to be a responsible and trend-setting rescue and safety operator. As part of these efforts, Falck Denmark seeks to protect its surroundings as well as natural resources. We seek to achieve this through ongoing improvements and reduction of our environmental impact, which is to be reflected in all company activities.

Falck Denmark began registering the company’s main environmental impact in 2002. Registration was made again in 2003, and a working environment report was also prepared in that year. The environmental report (Danish-language only) is to help make visible any unnecessary environmental impact; another purpose is to help keep consumption costs down.
